What to expect on a Headshot Photo Session

STEP 1 – Booking – Please contact me to book your photo session. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your date.

After booking, the process begins with a pre-session phone consultation. We will talk about what your vision is for the photoshoot. We will be addressing questions about location, clothing, length of the session, and whether the final product should be high resolution digitals and/or professionally printed. I will also provide guidance if you are unsure.

STEP 2 – Photoshoot – I will meet you at the selected location. If we are doing headshots we will do mostly posed images. If we are doing personal branding we will do a combination of posed and lifestyle images. I will guide you through the session and help with posing.

STEP 3 – Photo Selection – I will do a quick soft edit on your photos and upload them to an online proof gallery. Then you will select which ones you want to purchase. If you want prints, you will decide what size prints you want at this time.

STEP 4 – Photo Editing – I will do a final meticulous edit on the images you have selected. Within 2-4 weeks after the photos have been selected, I will send the finished purchased images to your final online gallery.

STEP 5 – Finished Product – Simply download your digitals photos from the online gallery. If you selected, prints, wall portraits and/or albums, they will be professionally printed and delivered to you.
